Bill has specialized in commercial real estate since 1989 and devotes his daily real estate activities to ICI properties.  In addition, in May of 1997 Bill was instrumental in the formation of the Commercial Division of Century 21 United Realty Inc.  The division operates under the banner of Century 21's international commercial wing - Century 21 Commercial.   Bill's success started with the business and people skills he developed in his 12 years of sales management and marketing experience with the world's most recognized brand name, Coca-Cola, before embarking on his career in real estate in 1987.
Bill has been a Director of the local Chamber of Commerce and has volunteered on many of their committees.  He is currently also a member of the Commercial Council with PKAR.
Bill is a consistent top producer and the recipient of many awards in an office of over 80 salespeople including recent Top 21 Status in 2004, 2005 and 2007.

Bill is a recipient of the Masters Ruby and Masters Emerald Awards and is a Multi-Million Dollar Club Member.

Doug has been involved in the real estate industry since 1996 and has focused on commercial real estate since 1997.  During his career he has represented clients from small office tenants and local retailers to international corporations.  While life in a small city dictates that commercial practitioners be generalists, Doug's particular interest is in land development for regional and national developers and users and the sale and leasing of large industrial facilities.  He has been the recipient of several Awards of Achievement including Top 21 Status for 2004, 2005 and 2007.
He was a founding member of the Commercial Division at Century 21® United Realty Inc. and a driving force behind the formation of the Commercial Council of PKAR.  Doug is also actively pursuing his CCIM designation.
